Regularly calibrate the roll gap scale to eliminate mechanical scale deviation. Keep the roll shaft horizontal and synchronous operation to avoid gap deviation on both sides. In addition, match the rolling speed with the gap adjustment, excessive speed will cause instantaneous forming distortion even if the gap is standard. Regular roll surface maintenance can also avoid abnormal gap changes caused by roll wear.
